Super Bakery has been a supplier of commercial emergency meals for FEMA since Hurricane Katrina ruthlessly decimated Louisiana in 2005. Following closely behind Katrina was Rita, for which Super Bakery continued supplying provisions. October of 2005 brought Hurricane Wilma through South Florida. Again, FEMA and DLA called on Super Bakery to swiftly produce commercial meals so food was one less thing our friends and neighbors affected by these storms had to think about.
In 2008 Hurricane Ike took aim at Texas via the Gulf of Mexico. Super Bakery provided over a quarter of a million meals to victims of the storm.
New Jersey was a rare witness to Mother Nature’s cold wrath when Hurricane Sandy blasted the shore in 2012. Super Bakery once again worked diligently to meet the urgent and immediate needs.
Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, & Maria relentlessly challenged the people in their paths. Super Bakery provided meals for Texas, Florida and Puerto Rico for 3 months without delay.
