All orders ship via UPS.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday- Thursday with a cutoff time of 11:00am EST and can take up to 5 business days to process
All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day, shipping policies apply after the order is processed
Super Bakery cannot ship internationally.
Super Bakery cannot ship to an APO/FPO.
Super Bakery cannot ship to a PO BOX.
Product will be left at the front door or garage if no one is available to receive the package.
FREEZE IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL, the product may thaw in transit this is okay and not long enough to compromise product.
DON'T FORGET TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS!! We want to get you your donuts as fast as possible
Delay in delivery due to incomplete or incorrect address, including but not limited to, missing apartment #, incorrect zip code, may result in a damaged or unusable product. Super Bakery will not be liable for charges incurred. Refunds will not be issued for this reason. Refunds will only be issued to the card used to make the purchase. Refunds will never be issued in check or cash.
